Hi, I’m Tres Cadena.
Functional fitness training and strength training has been my passion for over 17 years. In my gym I take your fitness goals seriously. I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and my job as your personal trainer is to help you overcome the hurdles along your journey and help you reach your goals.
My competition experience and years of working with various individuals, qualifies me to assess and analyze your body type and create a strength and fitness plan that will help you maximize your strength training abilities. While also working on your functional fitness training and not ignoring your weaknesses. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise to ensure the best results. I will keep you on track and motivate you to reach the finish line.
I started working out consistently at the early age of 11. It wasn't until high school that I decided helping people be healthy and active was my path in life. Being a three-time regional qualifier and state qualifier in Powerlifting gave me the confidence to compete at a national level, and led me to ultimately winning a National and State title.
Another strong motivator for me was my mothers stroke. I jumped into action, helping with her rehabilitation, which allowed her to achieve full movement and regain her normal life back.
This journey that started with powerlifting, now has me well experienced in endurance training, plyometrics, weight loss, and flexibility training. To date, I have rehabilitated several clients, trained college athletes, prepared military personnel and police officers for fitness tests. But the thing that inspires me most, is Spartan Strength Training is committed to provide exceptional training to every single person regardless of age, weight, or medical restrictions. I can find a program for you that fits your abilities and lifestyle.
Spartan Strength Training is family centered. As a father of 3, I understand the challenges of everyday life, and would love you to feel free to bring your children with you when you train. (The chickens in the yard can always use some friends.)
