For over 17 years, I’ve been helping real people get stronger, move better, and feel like themselves again. From national-level competition to rehab work, I bring experience, precision, and passion to every session.

My journey started early—training consistently since I was 11 and eventually earning the title of National and State Powerlifting Champion. But it was my mother’s stroke that showed me the power of movement on a deeper level. Helping her recover full mobility lit a new fire in me: to use fitness not just to build muscle—but to restore life.
That experience shifted my path into functional training, injury recovery, and everyday strength for real people with real responsibilities.
Because it’s not just about how you look. It’s about how you move, how you feel, and how supported you are along the way.
At SST, I train college athletes, military candidates, police officers, busy parents, and anyone who’s ready to commit—even if life’s been messy. Every body is welcome here.
